An evening where slowing down, soft movements, a sound bath, and a truly special water meditation help you connect to your inner flow. The central theme of the evening is the water element and the energy of waves. Rocking, floating… There’s nothing you need to achieve here—just arrive. We begin the evening with a soft flow yoga practice infused with water energy, gently moving every part of your body so it can release the weight of the day. Then we deepen relaxation through breathing exercises, guided water meditation, and visualization—tuning into letting go, cleansing, and inner flow. Finally, a long, deeply immersive, comfortable sound bath carries you further into this state, where the sounds feel as if they are “washing through” your entire system. There is nothing you need to do here. Just lie down, rest, and allow everything to fall into place.

Lemondásra vonatkozó szabályok
Foglalás ideje: - A vendégek legkorábban 2 héttel az óra előtt tudnak foglalni. - Az órákra legkésőbb 2 órával az óra kezdete előtt lehet foglalni. Lemondás és módosítás: - Az órák lemondása bármikor lehetséges. - 8 órával az óra előtt történő lemondás esetén a bérletből vagy fizetésből 100%-ot számítunk fel. - Az órák átfoglalása lehetséges legkésőbb 4 órával az óra kezdete előtt. Várólista: - A várólistáról nyitott helyre történő áthelyezés esetén a helyet 15 percen keresztül tartjuk fenn a vendég számára. Booking Window: - Guests can book classes up to 2 weeks in advance. - Bookings can be made no later than 2 hours before the class starts. Cancellations and Rescheduling: - Classes can be cancelled at any time. - If cancelled 8 hours before the class, 100% of the class fee will be charged. - Classes can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the class start time. Waitlist: - If you move from the waitlist to an open spot, the spot will be held for 15 minutes.
