I started playing tennis and table tennis as a child, but I really fell in love with exercise as a teenager, when I started attending various group classes on my own, such as functional training, TRX, weight training, and dynamic yoga. These provided the diverse foundation that has accompanied my relationship with sports ever since.
My first Spartan Race in 2015 was a turning point, which led me to compete in obstacle course running (OCR) for almost 10 years. During this time, I achieved several national podium finishes, and also participated in European and World Championships. During this period, aerial yoga also played an important role in my life, which helped me a lot in developing my body awareness and fitness.
I fell in love with the world of CrossFit almost 5 years ago, which has been a part of my everyday life ever since, and I have competed in several competitions. In recent years, I have also been introduced to boxing at All Out Boxing , which is how I eventually joined the Team. 🙂
In my classes, I try to combine everything I've learned from different sports over the years: I hold varied, strengthening, yet enjoyable workouts, where everyone can develop at their own pace, while always stepping out of their comfort zone a little. A good atmosphere, motivation, and a sense of achievement are important to me, so that everyone feels like they did something for themselves today.
